Application Method

KUPID → Academic Records/Graduation → Academic Records → Course Credit Deletion Application
-

Important Notes
-
Applications will be reviewed and approved sequentially by each college after the application period ends.
-
If approval has not been processed before the end of the semester, contact your college administrative office or the Academic Affairs Team.
-
Once submitted, course deletion requests cannot easily be canceled or modified.
Please ensure that after clicking “Apply,” you also click “Yes” on the next page and confirm that the message “Submission Completed” appears.
-
If the confirmation message does not appear, re-enter the Course Credit Deletion menu in KUPID and submit again.
-
If the application has been successfully submitted, access to the menu will be restricted, preventing duplicate submissions.
-
Important Considerations
a. Required courses, including General Education Requirements, Major Requirements, and Teacher Certification Requirements, cannot be deleted.
-
Applications including required courses may be rejected during review.
-
No additional applications or modifications will be permitted after rejection.
b. Deleted courses will be excluded from earned credits and GPA calculations, but will remain on the academic transcript.
-
The course title will still appear, and the grade will be replaced with “W.”
-
Only the credits earned and GPA impact will be removed.
c. Courses currently being retaken cannot be deleted.
-
Courses approved for deletion cannot be retaken in the future.
d. Once a course deletion application is submitted, it cannot be withdrawn or changed.
e. Credits earned through internships or field practice courses cannot be deleted.
f. If a graduate-level course taken through a Bachelor–Master’s Integrated Program is deleted, admission to the integrated program may be canceled.
g. If an eligible course does not appear in the KUPID system, contact your college administrative office.
h. Students are strongly advised to carefully review this notice and the attached FAQ before applying.
-
Requests for corrections due to application errors or applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
