[Undergraduate] Notice on the End-of-Semester Course Evaluation Survey for Spring 2026

The End-of-Semester Course Evaluation Survey for the Spring 2026 semester will be conducted as follows. We kindly ask for the active participation of all undergraduate students.

1. Survey Period

June 15, 2026 (Mon), 10:00 AM – July 7, 2026 (Tue), 5:00 PM (until the end of the grade posting period)

• Please note that the survey system will be temporarily unavailable during the portal data migration period:

  • Suspension: June 26, 2026 (Fri), 5:30 PM – June 29, 2026 (Mon), 5:00 PM

  • Resumption: June 29, 2026 (Mon), 5:00 PM

2. How to Participate

3. Survey Information

• The survey consists of both multiple-choice and open-ended questions.

• All responses are processed anonymously and are not linked to class attendance lists or student identities.

• Instructors will be able to view the results starting at 10:00 AM on July 21, 2026 (Tue).

• Survey results serve as valuable resources for improving course quality. Students are encouraged to provide thoughtful and sincere feedback.
